Acceptance

By creating an account or using StudioShelf you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You must be authorized to use any image you upload and must not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this.

Generated images are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing output before commercial use, including any trademarks or likenesses depicted.

AI models and sub-processors

StudioShelf generates images and video using third-party AI models hosted by fal.ai. Depending on the tool you select, we may call FLUX.1 Schnell, FLUX.1 Dev, FLUX.1 Dev ControlNet, FLUX.1 Redux, BiRefNet (background removal), ESRGAN (upscaling), or Kling O3 Standard (image-to-video). A current list is shown on the pricing page and in the Studio interface. We do not operate the underlying model weights ourselves; output is subject to the provider's availability and safety filters.

Acceptable use policy

Use of our AI generation tools is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use. The policy lists the categories of content you may not create (including CSAM, deepfakes, hate speech, violence, and infringing material), explains how we enforce these rules, and describes how to report violations.

Plans & credits

Free and paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset each billing cycle; unused free-tier credits do not roll over. Paid plans are billed by our merchant of record (Waffo) and renew until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your billing portal. Paid features remain available until the end of the current paid period, after which your account returns to the free tier.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioShelf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
