Overview

StudioShelf ("we", "us") provides AI-powered product image generation for e-commerce sellers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Data we collect

Account data: email address and display name from sign-up (via better-auth).

Content you upload: product images you submit for processing, and the generated images we store on your behalf.

Usage data: generation counts, credits balance, and basic request logs used to operate and improve the Service.

Payment data: handled by our merchant of record (Waffo). We do not store your card number; we receive only billing status and plan tier.

How we use data

To generate images, we send your uploaded image to our AI processing provider (fal.ai) and return the result. Images are processed to fulfill your request and may be retained briefly for delivery and abuse prevention.

We use email (Resend) to send verification, transactional, and Pro-activated notices. We do not sell your data.

Sub-processors

We rely on Cloudflare (hosting, R2 storage, Workers AI), fal.ai (AI inference), Resend (email), and Waffo (billing). Each acts on our instructions and under appropriate data protections.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your account and associated images from your account settings, or by contacting us. Subject to applicable law (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may request correction or restriction of processing.
